WSP let 57,000 sq ft on Chancery Lane

WSP Group have today revealed that they intend to make 70 Chancery Lane their new UK HQ. The multi disciplinary consultancy will move in early 2009 from their current base in Holborn.

The company will let all 57,000 square feet of the property at about £47.50 per square foot. The deal goes through after it had been thought the the company would pull out due to problems refitting the building, but it appears lack of available space may have pushed them back into a deal.
