Wragge and Co take pre let in Birmingham

Ballymore has secured an office pre-let at Birmingham’s Snowhill scheme.
The legal firm Wragge & Co will let 250,000 square feet of office space at the multi-use development site. This is one of the largest pre let agreements in Birmingham office space history. The company is currently based at 55 Colmore Row but will move into their new residence by 2011. The company clearly has an optimistic outlook as the new space will allow for expansion and growth.
Other notable residents will include accountancy firm KPMG who are set to let 120,000 square feet at building one. This move by Wragge and Co is great news for the industry and the area and proves that despite the credit crisis and trouble with the City of London, the industry is continuing to thrive.
