The countries leading welfare to work providers, WorkDirections UK, have taken over 4,100 sq ft of office space at Highcross’s Equipoint building in Yardley.
They are opening new offices in the Birmingham area in order to make it much easier for customers to access their service.
Facilities co-ordinator, Scott Wagstaff said that the location was excellent as it makes it east for customers and staff to get to. The interior of the building was also a plus point as it was completed to a high standard with a good layout and plenty of natural light.
The building has been recently refurbished by Highcross to provide high quality office space and suites up to 50,000 sq ft.
Helen Goodwin who works for Highcross made clear the decision to move to Equipoint was for its location with a less congested route to work. She mentions that Highcross provided WorkDirections with the exact space they wanted after working with their space planners.
