What Business Centre managers really think about serviced office space
September 5th, 2008 | by James Welch
As its Friday, and quite frankly, the fact that I’m bored, I thought I would show a pie chart of what centre managers really get up to during their daily duties in the world of office space.
I wont mention the detail of the chart itself, that I will leave down to you - it should be pretty explanatory.
The information has been gathered from visiting and watching centre managers over the past year or so and seeing just what they get up to.
Centre Managers, does this seem to correlate with your working day in the office? On my travels around the country one of the main issues that I come across is that “the local Regus is doing well” or “if it wasn’t for the local Regus!” comments.
As for the making tea and listening to clients and pretending to enjoy the intricacies of their business must be riveting :)

I think we need to see what your sample size is for your pie chart. That’s a pretty boring job if that’s what people are doing.

Some of them do have boring jobs because their potential clients are elsewhere, leaving them with much time to do the above :)
