Web conferencing is a fantastic way to cut your travel costs and maximize your productivity. There is nothing worse than getting stuck in traffic queues trying to make a meeting that probably lasts some 30 minutes. To make matters worse then you have to travel through the traffic again on the way home.

With technology available to us at the moment it would be wise to use it as the advantages are enormous.
If you use a Office space serviced office serviced officesserviced office then you will have full access to web conferencing facilities, but what happens in a typical online meeting? To answer that Choregus has prepared a list of what to expect.

  • The moderator or meeting organiser will collect all relevant information for the meeting including any powerpoint presentations.
  • The time and date is set and the attendees are all invited by email.
  • The attendees accept or decline the invitation and if accepted it will update their calendars automatically.
  • The meeting organiser will check the software and connections available on the day. Of course if you use a serviced office, this will be taken care of for you.
  • Within the email that was sent out is a URL, this is to be clicked to go to the meeting.
  • The meeting is then held by phone, messenger or voice chat.
  • When the meeting has completed, simply close down the relevant program and that’s it.
