Feng Shui has the potential to dramatically increase office productivity and even increase profits for your business. By improving the office environment you can increase the motivation levels in staff and good working conditions can also promote company loyalty among staff.

Many employees will agree that the office environment has a considerable impact on performance. An office that is untidy and generally unorganised can have an effect on productivity and could possibly lead to staff looking at new opportunities for work.

To improve your office environment, you need to make sure there is a good deal of natural light, you have access to fresh air and you keep the office tidy. Many experts also believe that Feng Shui in the office workplace can increase health, harmony, wealth and luck within the business.

Feng Shui experts always look to avoid sharp looking plants as they can really affect office harmony, they also recommend that the office manager sit the furthest away from the door in order to have the “command” position.
