March 20th, 2008 | by James Welch
A new business centre has opened in Henley in Arden by one of the fastest-growing serviced office providers, United Business Centres (UBC from now on -Ed).
The Forward House property, on High Street has over 7000 square feet of ready to use serviced office space which is suitable for small start-ups to larger companies looking for a new branch.
UBC are currently on a great growth pattern and plan to open several more business centres throughout the next few months.
UBC MD, Philip Grace said of serviced offices as he brings more to the UK market,
“In today’s uncertain economic climate, serviced office space not only reduces the risks associated with tying into a long-term property lease, but also provides a cost-effective workspace solution that can adapt to businesses changing needs.”
At Choregus Office Space News, we are closely watching the events happening from the UBC stable and see an excellent few years ahead for the business as they bring serviced offices to many parts of the country and we support Philip and his team throughout this exciting period.
