United Business Centres in deal with British Telecom

United Business Centres.United Business Centres and British Telecom have signed a deal that sees BT and UBC working closely together to offer 4 new office space areas in Office space Bracknell serviced officesBracknell, Office space Gloucester serviced officesGloucester, Telford and Fleet.

Fit-out of the offices has already started and the centres should all be ready within a month.

BT Property’s Matt Musson said

“The relationship with UBC marks a new development for us, enabling us to maximise occupancy of our portfolio and generate a return via a management agreement.”

SME’s will be targeted as per usual by UBC, which will see them taking open plan spaces and converting them in to smaller serviced offices which should see about 1500 new workstations added to the companies offering.

Philip Grace, Managing Director at UBC, said:

“We are delighted to be able to work with BT in expanding our nationwide network of centres.  The new sites have given us access to large areas of premier space in prime locations that are suitable for converting into smaller units, significantly enhancing the strength of the UBC offer.”
