United Business Centres partner with Gladman

United Business Centres (UBC) have announced a partnership deal with the property firm, Gladman Developments that will see them open a number of sites within its portfolio.

The deal will see UBC create business centres in the G10K buildings, with each having set floor space of 10,070 sq ft.
MD of UBC, Philip Grace said:

“The partnership with Gladman Developments, an established, respected market leader in commercial property, further strengthens UBC’s position as one of the fastest growing serviced office providers in the country.”

UBC will set up in Liverpool, at Hurricane Court, firstly which is next to Liverpool John Airport, so transport links will be excellent.  It is also only 10 minutes from the M62 motorway.  The centre will be available in only a few weeks.

Again, UBC seem to be one of the most active serviced office companies in the UK at the moment and we wish them all the best on yet a new development in their portfolio.
