United Business Centres confirm Thomas at Coventry

Business centre provider, United Business Centres plc (UBC) has confirmed Karen Thomas as Centre Manager for its Coventry serviced office centre at Tower Court. Previously Centre Manager for Chrysalis Business Centres, Karen joined UBC following its acquisition of Chrysalis in February this year.

With responsibility for the overall running of the centre, Karen’s focus is to provide a high standard of serviced office accommodation and meeting room facilities to businesses of all sizes in Coventry. Karen started out working in business centres 18 years ago and for a number of years has worked in the voluntary sector, specialising in fundraising, communications and business development. Karen also has a degree in Psychology.

“What is important to me is transparency and integrity. UBC has made a huge investment to this centre and there has been a substantial transformation of the offices in the short time since they have taken over; I believe UBC has a superb product and provides excellent customer service,” said Karen.
