UK office space market watch
March 28th, 2008 | by Samantha Middleton
While news from Regus in the UK has gone a little quiet (although there is plenty of news worldwide -Ed), other office space companies have made moves recently that indicate a strong, sustained, growth of the
serviced office market over the next few years.
United Business Centres (UBC) are a great example of this, with the proposed opening of over 40 new centres in the next year or so. This is a very exciting addition to the office space market in the UK and Choregus are watching this closely.
MWB Business Exchange are doing very well and we expect large things to come from this stable too over the next year or so. With a strong web push, MWB can leverage themselves very well in the office space, meeting room and virtual office arenas online.
With the recent opening of its latest London business centre, Avanta are also proving that the serviced office market in the UK is strong and providing a service that is becoming more of the ‘norm’, rather than an alternative for business owners.
With office brokers such as officebroker.com and Instant Offices (and Choregus -Ed), continuing to deliver great online experiences for people searching for offices online, web-based office hunters are also looked after very well.
Its a good time for the industry, both off line and online and lets hope it continues.
