Two sites in Scotland sold by Norwich Property Trust
December 13th, 2007 | by Simon Rattray |Norwich Property Trust has released its share in 1 and 2 Lochside Way (Edinburgh Park) for £14.4 million, creating a new yield of 5.48%
The property comprising of two linked buildings provides over 40,000 square feet of grade A office space. The current tenants are HSBC Global Fund Services whose lease will expire in 2014.
Edinburgh Park, Scotland’s premier business park is located next to M8 , it has it’s own rail link and is just five minutes by car to the airport. Other tenants include The Miller Group, BT, BAE, Oracle and RBS.
Norwich Property Trust has in addition to this also sold a twelve acre site at Aberdeen Business Park (Dyce Drive) to Knight Real Estate at £435,000 per acre. The park is about 6 miles to the north of the city centre.
