Thought of the day: Office Space Pricing

November 2nd, 2007 | by Simon Rattray

office space questionsSimon Rattray says:

“Many office brokers and providers do not publish prices on their sites and instead ask potential customers to fill in quote forms.

There may be a number of possible reasons for this such as the prices not being up to date, or because there may be bespoke requirements or they simply do not have an actual price available.

However easyoffice display their prices and eoffice.com have a price list (albeit as a .pdf document) viewable online.

Are some Office space serviced office serviced officesserviced office providers and brokers missing a trick by not displaying some sort of price, even a ‘from £XXX’?

What do you think?”

I think it should be much more open than it is currently. Would be good to see what employees of brokers and office space providers think.
