The scheme, designed by Terry Farrell & Partners, will start construction ASAP with completion expected by the end of the year.
Quintain and Lend lease will also develop another office building with around 110,000 sq ft of space.
These buildings will form part of the £5bn Greenwich Peninsula development and will include 10,000 new homes, 150 shops, restaurants and 48 acres of green space.
