Terrace Hill to develop £70m office space scheme

Office space UK serviced officesUK property development and investment group, Terrace Hill have finally got planning permission for the development of its £70m Mayflower Plaza scheme in Office space Southampton serviced officesSouthampton.

Terrace Hill will begin work in the summer on the scheme that includes, 116,928 sq ft of office space, a 150 bedroom hotel and 180 apartments. The completion date is estimated to be 2010.

Development executive, Richard Myers, says that the scheme is one of the largest inward investments seen in Southampton for a long time. It is inline with the local councils strategy for the area. The scheme aims to regenerate a site that has been inactive for some time.

The scheme is located near Southampton Central station and is in between the civic centre and Mayflower Theatre.
