Targetspace appoints management team for Baskerville House
May 8th, 2008 | by James Jones |Targetspace, the serviced office arm of developer Targetfollow responsible for the transformation of Baskerville House, has appointed Caron Salter-Hill and Shakela Farid to head up the team responsible for delivering a high quality management service at the landmark building overlooking Centenary Square.
Caron joins Targetspace with over eight years of management experience at Regus, where she was responsible for the smooth running of a variety of sites across Birmingham, Northern Ireland and the East Midlands.
Shakela brings nearly 10 years of management experience to the team following a successful tenure with Whittle Jones Midlands as assistant centre manager. Ian Fox, managing director of Targetspace, believes the two new appointees have the ideal experience to run Birmingham’s premier serviced offices.
He said: “With the tenants starting to move into Baskerville House and the reputation of the building continuing to spread, the appointment of a new management team is an important step. The vision of the finest office space in the city is starting to become a reality.
“We needed a high quality team in place to supply our tenants with a bespoke service to match the prestigious, Grade A surroundings in which they work and we believe Caron and Shakela’s experience in the sector means they are well equipped for this new role.
Targetspace has just released a fleet of fully branded taxis as part of a drive to raise the profile of the serviced office space on offer at this landmark building.
