Edinburgh office space goes for £21.25m
January 17th, 2008 | by Adam Lucking |Stockland Halladale has offered to purchase the Edinburgh office space at 3-8 St Andrew Square for £21.25m from ING Real Estate.
Bought by Stockland Halladale after a previous deal fell through, the building has planning permission for 92,000 sq ft of offices and 65,000 sq ft of retail.
