Soho office space available

Some extremely smart office space in the Soho area has become available almost overnight after hedge fund management company, Peleton Partners, ‘imploded’ after losing all of its investor money.
The Ingeni building, a favourite of many London resident, the former design studio of Ford, on Broadwick St. is being touted to new tenants now and I wouldn’t bet against the space being snapped up by one of the big serviced office companies to be used as serviced office space to cope with the demand in the area.
