office space companyWhen setting up a new business one of the biggest overheads to face after staff is your office.

As the name “Shared office” suggests the office can be split into different companies, the advantage being the cost is also split, which appeals to any business.

For larger companies sharing is not really an option as they are more esablished but for smaller companies it is an option.

Shared office space can work very well for some businesses. You could have a web designer and programmer working in the same office, effectively helping each other out with building each others client base.

Hopefully your business will start to expand over time, and you will need more space your shared office space could be slightly restrictive meaning you would have to move.

Shared office space is usually serviced office space, which can be more expensive as you get a whole host of services at your disposal like a receptionist and computer networks.
