The reasons for this are the changing economic climate and the need for businesses to monitor their profitability and find new ways to save money. Serviced offices are the best cost effective way of managing office space costs. The leases are flexible with the option to increase or decrease floor space as and when your business requires to.
The ranges of packages are suited to all types of businesses from startups to the larger business. Other services that can be used are serviced office staff and telephony resources to conference facilities’ and high quality meeting rooms.
Dragons Den star and successful businessman, James Cann, has been reported to have moved one of his business to serviced office space. His decision was down to the poor economic climate and this may make other businesses look at serviced office space as a real alternative option.
