UK’s fastest growing
serviced office provider, United Business Centres is to open a new business centre in the Roman market town of
Cirencester.
Cirencester is acknowledged as the “Capital of the Cotswolds” and is renowned for its Roman mosaics which attract many tourists. However this will change as United Business Centres prepares to house 220 business people in their serviced office facilities.
The business centre has over 15,000 sq ft of ready to use serviced office space. UBC expect strong demand from small companies looking for affordable property to large companies looking to set up a satellite office without committing to any long term leases for office space.
There will be a range of meeting room and hot desking facilities that let clients use the extra space when they need it most. UBC are encouraging eco-friendly modes of transport by offering secure bicycle storage along with shower and changing facilities.
Managing Director of United Business Centres, Philip Grace says, they want to avoid complex leases and the associated legal fees, so all the clients need to do is sign a simple license, very much like a car rental agreement. UBC’s business centres are designed in a way that clients walk in to a fully operational office that has a decent IT infrastructure as well as telephony, furniture, reception and more.
Director of property development company, Morcroft, Amanda Alliband who leased the building to UBC said the addition of serviced office space at affordable prices will change the commercial property industry for new and developing businesses in Cirencester.
Cleaning business, Sweeping Beauties have already signed with UBC. Kevin Johnson, Managing Director, says with no long term leases or overheads to consider, it was an easy decision to sign up. He also comments that the business centre projects the right image to clients. Sweeping Beauties is expected to make full use of the meeting room facilities and take on more space as the business grows.
