When Jo Sellick bought an office block with five floors for his recruitment business he hoped to fill it with Sellick Partnership.

The new head office is on the edge of Spinningfields an up and coming area of Office space Manchester serviced officesManchester.

Currently the company, which has a £15 million turnover, is spread over two floors with tenants on the other three. Jo Sellick states “Head office accounts are based in Manchester so there’s a floor for that department and then a large sales floor. If we have to take over the whole building floor by floor, why not? That was the reason for buying the building.”
