Regus leases office space in Illinois

Regus has announced the signing of a lease for 12,000 square feet of office space in Park Ridge, Illinois. Term of lease is 120 months. Regus is the largest supplier of furnished offices in the world.

The Regus Park Ridge Plaza business center will be located on the third floor of 350 South Northwest Highway and will feature 54 offices, 96 workstations, one board room and one videoconferencing studio. The property includes a conferencing facility, 60,000 square feet of underground parking, newly renovated lobby and corridors, on-site property management, a full service deli, 24-hour security, and a health club. The new Regus business center is conveniently located just 15 miles northwest of downtown Chicago and within five miles of O’Hare International Airport, several major expressways and the Chicago Metropolitan Rail Lines (Metra).
