Regus launch ‘Workplace Recovery’

In a very innovative move, serviced office giants, Regus have launched ‘Regus Workplace Recovery’, a flexible business continuity service.
Allowing businesses immediate access to office space facilities when and if their office space becomes unusable, the disaster recovery offering certainly seems like a sensible product for customers and Regus alike.
Starting at £49 per employee per year, if a disaster were to happen, clients could move to their prepared, ‘insurance’ workspace within hours. Only when the prepared office space is used would monthly charges be incurred. This could, of course, be covered by insurance agreements.
Because Regus operates out of 950+ sites globally, the choice of location to move to in the event of a disaster is greatly increased over existing suppliers of the service. Amazingly, Regus now covers THREE TIMES the number of locations than the top two disaster recovery companies put together.
Not only are offices supplied, but all the standard Regus services once the move takes place, are offered to the relocated business.
What does Choregus think?
This is a really great way for Regus to make use of their dominant position in the market. With the number of locations that they have grown to, it was only a matter of time until added sources of revenue could be created, but this, as well as being a revenue generator, is actually a really good offering for all sizes of business.
Now that Regus are in this position, with office space aplenty around the world, what other new products could be rolled out that would benefit business communities?
