Regus acquire Habitaz Global Workspaces

Regus have acquired the South African based serviced office provider, Habitaz Global Workspaces for an undisclosed amount.
The acquisition means that Regus will take overall control of Habitaz’s office locations which include prime office space in Johannesburg and Cape Town.
The deal reinforces Regus’ truly global reach when it comes to flexible workspace solutions.
Joanne Bushell, of who has been given responsibility for the company’s operations in Africa and the Middle East, said she believed that there are expansion opportunities for serviced office providers in South Africa. She went on to add that
“The acquisition gives The Regus Group further critical mass in the serviced office space market in South Africa and strengthens our management team to further explore opportunities on the continent”
