Puma take extra 5,000 sq ft of Office Space

puma.jpgPuma the sportswear company have increased their presence in Office space Manchester serviced officesManchester by taking another 5,000 square feet of office space.

They will move into the fifth the floor of Canada House which is located on Chepstow Street. The company is currently in residence on the sixth floor of the building and will pay £16 per sq foot on a ten year lease.

This is a further indication that the City’s office market is still buoyant despite the on going problems in the commercial property market. It’s great that the City is still able to attract and retain big name companies who are benefiting from the much lower costs compared with the south-east.
