Press Release: Greenspan choose UBC

United Business centres (UBC) plc announced today that expanding Irish specialist building supply company Greenspan has chosen UBC Birmingham as the location for its first UK office.  Greenspan Products Ltd has been distributing cost effective and eco-friendly products to the Irish construction industry since 1999.  Greenspan has tripled in size in the last three years and therefore saw the need to move into the UK market, opening their office at Concorde House, Birmingham.

Mike Cregan, Managing Director said: The proximity to Birmingham International airport and the location for us was a big factor, but equally as important is the service and the people.  UBCs staff are helpful and friendly and have done a great job at making the opening as smooth as possible.  We looked at several office set-ups before we came to UBC.  We certainly are very happy with our decision; UBC have provided the perfect solution for us.

Greenspan are our latest client to move into Concorde House and I know that Mikes team are very happy and plan to fully utilise UBCs extensive facilities.  We are delighted to offer them the workspace and support services they require in order to grow their business, added Bernadette Bell, UBC Centre Manager at Concorde House.
