Leading online office space and commercial property broker officebroker.com is growing as is their market and they themselves have recently acquired an office in central London in respect of the capital city’s governing position within the serviced office market.
officebroker.com operates its head office in the West Midlands, in addition to this is its US office in Dallas Texas. The opening of the new Regent Street office is the latest stage of development and a sign of what is yet to come.
At the forefront will be Kate Lee who has great experience of the UK serviced office market, the London office will go together and build on the strength of officebroker.com’s existing team of specialist London consultants.
Managing Director Jim Venables said:
“London is a huge market for the serviced office sector. Although our West Midlands consultants have exceptional insight into the serviced office market in the capital, we felt the time was right for us to open a London office and give our clients some ‘on the ground’ help.
“Now customers looking to secure serviced office space in London can get the best of both worlds from officebroker.com – a team of specialist consultants working hard for them behind the scenes and a dedicated consultant to accompany them on site visits or attend initial visits on their behalf.”
In addition to working directly on behalf of customers, Kate will be supporting the company’s current standing within the central London market by forming close relationships with the serviced providers across the capital. By viewing available office space on a daily basis and delivering her market intelligence back to head office, she will ensure officebroker.com consultants have the most precise and up to date information to offer to customers.
“officebroker.com has already developed a reputation for being the place to go to when looking for serviced office space in the UK and we are keen to further enhance and develop this reputation, especially within the highly competitive London marketplace,”
says Venables.
“Establishing a dedicated London office is a key move in the development of the brand and the business and will allow us to deliver an even better service to our customers and serviced office providers.”
