Office space shortage in Glasgow

Glasgow is suffering a low level of grade A office space according to DTZ, the commercial property consultants.
Only around 75,000 square feet is available in the area, with most of this at Atlantic Quay, but more space should become available when Cadogan Square is readied by the end of the year.
Even so, this still leaves a huge gap between what is available and what is required by businesses, a reported 500,000 square feet of space!
