December 2nd, 2007 | by Samantha Middleton
Lets have a look back at the news items over the past week that have been reported by Choregus.
- We reported early on in the week about the office rate increase in Edinburgh to over £30 per sq. ft. in 2008. It shows just how Scotland’s capital is becoming for
UK businesses.
- Mike Sullivan, Vice President of Marketing for Office Suites PLUS, wrote the first article for his ‘Voice of America‘ column on the Choregus site and a very interesting read it was too.
- We reported on the 28th of November about another Regus share price fall which has since turned itself around.
Leeds office space was also in the news concentrating on the 12% increase in leasing prices because of the great demand.
- We also reported on the announcement of the 2007 business centre of the year, won by Vantage Point in the Forest of Dean.
- Regus share prices moved again, this time for the better - raising by over 5p per share.
- Telephone answering company, at a Welsh Business awards ceremony.
