Spinningfields

Spinningfields is the product of Allied London Properties and the local council, and is one of the largest commercial developments in Western Europe. The projected 2,640,000 sq feet will be built, of which 1.3 million sq feet will be office space, is a combination of office space, residential areas, retail outlets and restaurants. One of the main tenants of Spinningfields is the Royal Bank of Scotland, who let 1 Hardman Boulevard and 1 Spinningfields Square. Other notable residents include the Manchester Evening News, Deloitte and the Civil Justice Centre. Tiffany and Co and Giorgio Armani are also rumoured to be looking at the development for opening new stores.

One Piccadilly Gardens (Piccadilly Office Space)

This is right in the centre of Manchester city Centre. A superb addition to the city centre surrounded by fountains and a public seating area, it is a massive and well needed improvement on what was in Manchester Piccadilly originally.

The Bank of New York are the main residents in One piccadilly gardens but there is also Kro Bar (pub), Manna (Tea shop) Barburrito (mexican fast food outlet, Beach Stop plus a Nicky Oliver Hair Salon.

Manchester Science Park and Technopark

Placed next to the Universities off Oxford Road, Manchester Science Park and Technopark is designed for emerging companies that are focused on technology, with a view to linking to the academic world. The tenants have in total over 1,000 staff based at the site.

The demand for space at Manchester Science park lead to the creation of the Manchester Technopark, a stones throw from the Science Park and houses Michelin at Lovell House.
