West Tower

Opened in December 2007 this development is the tallest building in Liverpool.  It is a mixed used scheme that it set over 40 storeys, with a mixture of bars, flats and commercial office space.  The first five floors are occupied by the Beetham organisation with the rest of the building, apart from floor 34, being used as luxury apartments.  The 34th floor houses the Panoramic Restaurant LIverpool, which as you can probably guess from the title, has some breathtaking views of the city centre.

20 Chapel Street

Opened at the end of 2006, this is one of the biggest speculative developments of office space outside of Office space London serviced officesLondon.  It was designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris and consists of over 150,000 square feet of office space plus 161 luxury flats.  It has some notable tenants including Barclays Office space Bank serviced officesBank and The Bank of Ireland.  The building offers grade A office space, which some agents said there was a lack of in the city.

St Pauls Square

This development, headed by the English Cities Fund, offers over 300,000 square feet of office space, and is part of  the Commercial Quarter Masterplan for Liverpool.  It has attracted some big name tenants such as Bank of Scotland Corporate and also law company DWF.

City Square

Developers Shepborough’s created City square at a cost over £30 million which consists over 142,000 square feet of office space.  The building is adjacent to Moorfields station, and can boast 100% occupancy.  One of the notable tenants is the Department for Constitutional Affairs who took over 100,000 square feet on a pre-let.
