Office space company makes prudent property deals

Your Space, the office space company, are taking advantage of the current unease in the property market by securing the commercial use of office buildings while prices are low.

Three more buildings have been added to its stable including office locations such as Newcastle-upon-Tyne, Leicester and Manchester.  This takes the number of buildings in the Your Space portfolio to 11 and they are looking to add even more.

Restoration of the buildings taken is an important part of the deals that Your Space have negotiated in exchange for rent-free periods.

It seems to be a good period of business for Your Space and Choregus will be closely watching the progress of the company.
