Office Shortage in Edinburgh

edinburgh officesThe Scotsman write today in an article that there is not enough office space in Scotland’s capital city.

Peter Lillington states,

“There is a nervousness in the market, but the main thrust for us is around the office market rather than residential.”

It is suggested that many businesses are now looking at Glasgow as an alternative to ensure that their serviced office space demands are met.
