Office rental prices in Scotland continue to rise

In amongst the doom and gloom surrounding the commercial property market there is some great news for the office space industry north of the border. Surveyor, Lambert Smith Hampton, have reported headline rental values of £29 per square foot in Glasgow and £27.50 per square foot in Aberdeen. On top of this, Microsoft are set to pay a record rental value at the Waverley Gate scheme in Edinburgh - a whopping £31 per square foot.

Although this is mostly a case of demand over supply, it is never the less fantastic news for the serviced office industry in Scotland whose economy has seen some rapid growth in recent years.
