Nexus Technology first to move into UBC’s new Fleet business centre
August 28th, 2008 | by James WelchUnited Business Centres (UBC) plc announced today that software firm Nexus Technology is the first company to take space at UBC Fleet, recently opened at Sentinel House on Ancells Business Park. The business centre was set up following a joint venture announced in July between UBC and British Telecom?s property division to create serviced office centres at a number of locations.
Nexus Technology is a leading software supplier specialising in compliance, corporate governance and risk management. Nexus has chosen to move to UBC Fleet?s serviced offices from a traditional leased office in Camberley town centre.
Mary Saunders, Nexus Company Secretary, said: ?We have been looking for bespoke office space that was cost effective and provided more flexible terms than a traditional lease. UBC Fleet is just what we were looking for: a well-fitted modern office, superb conference and meeting facilities with all the up-to-date technology and support from the UBC staff without the headache of office management.?
UBC Sales Channel Manager, Lheyton Warby, added: ?We welcomed Nexus Technology into UBC Fleet offices this week as the first company to take space in our new premises. We are in a prime business location here, just off the M3 and very close to the main train station. I?m sure Nexus will benefit significantly from our facilities and location.
