New Birmingham office space
December 2nd, 2008 | by Simon Rattray
Calthorpe Estates has been given planning permission to build a new scheme on one of the main routes into Birmingham at a cost of over £4.5 million.
The new location, 54 George Road, will be set over 15,000 square feet of space. It is situated on the corner of Islington Row Middleway. There will be five floors of office space with the ground floor being designated as retail space
Ralph Minott, of Calthorpe Estates, said that the scheme had a good location with excellent transport links. He also mentioned that that the glass-fronted look would mean that the building would become a memorable landmark with such a prominent position on a major route into Birmingham.
The developers will use GVA Grimley as letting agents.
Choregus highly recommends our UK offices list, Hammersmith office space, Mayfair office space, Soho office space and Birmingham office space to rent.
