More Newcastle office space on the way

The £175m operation at Quorum Business Park, Longbenton will give a much-needed extra 500,000 square feet of office space to the area and will take around a year to be completed. This will effectively see the capacity of the business park doubling.
Located in the same business park currently are large businesses including MWB Business Exchange, IBM and the National Grid.
Transport is an important part of companies looking for office space and Quorum provides exceptional links to the A1 motorway and a metro station very close by.
At Choregus, we see this as being an excellent location of secondary offices for large corporations because of the transport links and low office rent in the area. Being close to Scotland, it is ideal for companies with offices in both countries.
