Marine company signs for 73,000 sq ft in the M4 Corridor
May 30th, 2008 | by Adam LuckingOne of the largest deals this year in the M4 Corridor has been signed as Petroleum Geo-Services have agreed to take 73,000 sq ft at The Heights development in Weybridge, which belongs to property company, Prupim.
The deal between Petroleum Geo-Services and Prupim was agreed this week at a cost of £28.50 sq ft. They have taken building 4 on a 15 year lease with a 10 year break. They also negotiated 22 months free rent in the contract.
