Manchester - best place for office space?

According to the Manchester Evening News, Manchester is the best place for businesses to be located, including the availability of serviced office space. Following a survey, Manchester was chosen as the leading place for companies to base their headquarters. Beating UK cities such as Edinburgh, Bristol and Birmingham in the survey, the future looks good for the city.
