office serviced space londonTake-up of office space from larger corporations including banks has dropped in the first part of 2008. This indicates a lack of growth for the city as a whole, meaning that slow business times may be ahead.

Its a potentially gloomy situation think City of London Analysts.

Leading banks have recently been withdrawing their interest in buildings and using serviced office business centres, such as Macquarie, the Australian banking giant and the news that there were no office space deals over 25,000 sq ft for the second consecutive quarter is helping the current alarm from many analysts.

However, even though there is bad news from larger players moving in to London there is plenty of activity from SME businesses.
