Ready for January next year, the 50,000 square foot building is becoming a place that the SME community in the area are all talking about and wanting to move in to.
Because of the historic looking building mixing the old with the new, it is seen as a cool place to work from by the creative community who relish open plan style offices in historic buildings.
By January, the building should be completely full, giving its current residents, The Alan Johnson Partnership and RBS some company.
