Lipton warns of possible property crash

Property tycoon, Sir Stuart Lipton, is warning that there could be another mid-90’s-style property crash coming soon, writes the Financial Times.

He makes the comparison with todays predicament as there are signs that the levels of growth in the market are slowing.
