Leeds serviced office spaceLeeds office space demand is currently so great that providers cannot keep up. Only a few buildings and schemes are currently in operation despite the overwhelming growth of new businesses needing space.

Vacancy rates are at just under 9 percent, with only a quarter of space considered A grade. Average office space rates are expected to reach just under £30 per square foot within th next year and a half which is representative of 12 - 17 percent depending on the office grade.
