Knight Frank predict growth for in the West end but falls in the City
February 5th, 2008 | by Simon Rattray |Knight Frank have claimed that office rental costs in the West End of London will continue to rise but rents in the City of London will fall by the end of Q4 next year.
The most prestigious headline rents in the West end will increase by 5% to £115.50 per square foot and then by a further 2% next year, retaining London as the the most expensive place to rent office space on the planet.
Despite predicting a stable year in 2007, a fall of 1.5% in the headline rent for office space in the City of London was forecasted for 2009.
