Jaguar acquires London property

london office spaceJaguar Capital has bought the London headquarters of UK lawyer firm, SJ Berwin, one of the largest in the country.

The sale price of the building which overlooks the Thames at Southwark Bridge was not known.  However the guide price was some £180m. The property features 231,000 sq ft over basement, ground and four upper floors.

The Irish firm have been investing in the London property market for years and sold the Thames Court in the city for £183, three years after buying it for £129m.
