Grimley bags Victoria project

Manchester based property advisers GVA Grimley will be the planning advisers for the redeveloping of Manchester’s Victoria Station.

Muse Developments in conjunction with Morley and Network Rail are working on a planned £300 million mixed - use redevelopment of the station and over 800,000 square feet of the area surrounding it. A planning application will be submitted in due course. Stephen Bell of GVA expects the development to significantly boost this area of the city.
