Grade A Office Space in Manchester
January 10th, 2008 | by Simon RattrayNew grade A office buildings in Manchester with bigger floor-plates are reducing the amount of space required for each work station, writes Crains Manchester Business.
They claim that prominent new office developments in the City Centre have been able to house workers at below the orthodox 1:10 ratio. This does mean less space for each worker, which may not be universally popular! But given that these by all accounts appear to be very swish offices anyway, this might not be so significant.
The outlook looks positive for premium office space in Manchester, with DTZ predicting an increase in grade A developments in 2008.
