Glasgow Matching Edinburgh For Office Space Rental Rates

Glasgow is now matching it’s Scottish couterpart city Edinburgh in terms of the rental costs for office space.
These are the findings from a report published by JLL (Jones Lang LaSalle).
However, Edinburgh is predicted to increase its rates as the well documented lack of office space continues. Much investment has gone into Glasgow particularly from within the financial services sector, making it one of the fastest growing UK cities.
