French law firm takes London office space

French law firm, Gide Loyrette Nouel has confirmed that it will be taking space at Hammersons office scheme based at 125 Old Broad Street, London.
They will be taking three floors and a total of 33,000 sq ft of office space in what was the London Stock Exchange HQ. This is more than treble the size of their previous offices.
Gide Loyrette Nouel will move in the third quarter of 2008 and it is estimated that they will be paying £60-£65 sq ft.
The turnover of their London office increased by 28 per cent in 2007 to around £16.5m. They also hired three partners and increased the number of employees in London by 50 per cent.
The firm commented, saying that it is a significant move for them and shows their commitment to grow their London presence.
